Course fees will cover:

+ Access to observe Mat classes online

+ A BTA Educator will also be your Mentor for the duration of your TT program.

+BTA tote bag and notebook.

+Official Certificate upon graduation (additional certs are $120 each)

Do note that this does not cover

• Printing Fee for Program Manuals (Est $250)

• Practice hours

• First aid certificate (required by Sports Sg)

• Venue for practice teaching (rental) if necessary

• Evaluation Fee of $350

Terms and Conditions:

FEES

• 100% of the course fee will be refunded, if cancellation is done more than [90] days before the Course Commencement Date

• 80% of the course fee will be refunded, if cancellation is done between [60-89] days before the Course Commencement Date

• 50% of the course fee will be refunded, if cancellation is done before, but not less than [30] days before the Course Commencement Date.

• 0 % will be refunded if cancellation is done less than [30] days, or fails to attend at the Course Commencement Date or or discontinues mid-way through the course.

• BodyTree Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course if it did not meet the minimum pax required for the course to commence. In event the course is cancelled a full refund will be provided.

ATTENDANCE

Every participant is required to have full attendance to receive Letter of Completion from BodyTree Academy (in addition to the test and program requirements). Every absent hour is required to be made up through additional private sessions with an Instructor Trainer. First five absent hours to be made-up through 2:1 ratio, when exceeded five hours, it will be through 1:1 ratio. E.g., 3hrs absence to be made up with 1.5hrs private made-up hours, 6hrs absence to be made up with 6hrs private made-up hours. Maximum to miss is 1 day.

EVALUATION

Theory (taken within 6 weeks of receiving the quiz)

Teaching (submission of a teaching video, 1-1)

Performance (held once every quarter. Dates to be advised)

Trainees are required to complete the evaluation within 12 months of course commencement.
