Become a Comprehensive Trained Pilates Teacher

This is a 2-hour sharing session to let attendees experience the BodyTree Academy way of teaching a Comprehensive Teacher Certification Program.

The BodyTree Academy Comprehensive Teacher Certification Pathway consists of the following modules:

  • Pilates Matwork

  • Reformer

  • Spine Corrector

  • Studio Teacher Training (includes Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Barrel)

  • Magic Circle

Training is built upon the foundation of our Prehab Trainer: Spine and Prehab Trainer: Upper & Lower Limbs Courses (pre-requisites to the modules above).

At BodyTree Academy, trainees learn how to:

  • Read bodies

  • Make decisions

  • Teach the person in front of you

  • Relate the same exercise across different Pilates Apparatus
