The RunInjuryFree! program helps you to better understand your body, the demands of running and how to avoid the most common running-related injuries. Through barefoot science, fascial fitness and neuromuscular conditioning, Dr Emily Splichal will show you how to survive the unnatural conditions of today’s shod society and optimise your movement patterns. Using barefoot activation exercises, and incorporating Naboso Technology and Personal Power Plate, RunInjuryFree! is your go-to programme to ensure years of efficient movement – one step at a time.

About Dr Emily Splichal

Requirements for RunInjuryFree! Certification

– Candidate must have attended the Barefoot Training Specialist® Level 1 Certification (if you haven’t attended a live course, you may do so online here)
– Candidate must attend a RunInjuryFree! Certification Workshop
– Candidate must pass the RunInjuryFree! Certification Exam. This is a 50 question/50 point online exam where each candidate will have 2 attempts and must have a passing score of at least 70%
